Law should be followed by everyone: Chinese embassy

The Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu has said that it is discussing with the Nepal Police about the protest of its citizens in front of the Singha court.

The statement noted that China would advocate for China to follow Nepal's laws. The government of Nepal is said to be confident that it will heed the appropriate demand.

He said his citizens were in a hurry to go home after a long delay in international flights. Because of the large number of Chinese in Nepal, those who could not board a chartered flight were trying to leave. China has taken 340 people.

Noting that many Chinese are still in Nepal due to limited flights, the embassy asked its citizens to exercise restraint. The release also mentions that in this difficult time of the epidemic, such incidents will be jointly controlled.
